Independence in executing standard statistical analyses, with the ability to build new best practices with guidance. Able to scope out and execute new statistical steps with support/approval from senior contacts. Able to build or test new processes with senior guidance.

Mentor/lead (but not manage) others in building and executing new and existing statistical or data processes.

Build competencies in relevant skills and software packages. Able to work with internal customers and stakeholders to run standard processes using tools and technologies already in use in the business area with support/oversight from team leads.
